Our personal Snacaroni pepperoni pizzas are the perfect combination of creamy macaroni cheese and spicy pepperoni all nestled on top of a crispy, golden-brown flatbread. Ingredients
- 1x 8″ flatbread
- Pot of Scacaroni
- Mozzarella, grated
- 6-8 slices of pepperoni
- Parsley, to serve
Method
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Take your Snacaroni pot and fill it to the line with boiling water. Stir and then leave for 5 minutes.
- Place the flatbread on a baking tray then top with the Snacaroni, making sure to leave a little bit of a crust.
- Take a handful of mozzarella and scatter over your pizza, then finally place on the pepperoni slices.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni slightly crispy.
- Scatter with parsley, slice in 4 and serve.
