Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of ordering. We send all UK orders via DPD, a tracked service that should be with you within 48 hours. Any orders that are placed after 5pm on Thursday will not be dispatched until the following week. Delivery costs are £4.95 + VAT.

Delivery Delays

During COVID-19 and high demand on postal services, delivery companies are experiencing unpredictable delays, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. We will do our best in this circumstance to track your package down. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait for at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being.

Returns

You can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it is received. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund and/or exchange.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number, otherwise, we may not be able to refund you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank and/or credit card account again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please contact us at enquiries@marshallsfoods.com and we will help you from there.
