A free-flowing cream coloured granular powder milled from durum wheat. The uses of Marshalls Semolina stretch far beyond the traditional desserts we typically associate it with. Less refined and higher in protein than typical white flour, Semolina can be substituted into a variety of recipes to offer a more nutritious and vegetarian/vegan-friendly meal.
